Hygiene and cleanliness have always been a priority for us and more than ever in this particular moment.
Our procedures and quality standards have been implemented in accordance with National and International authority regulations (WHO) concerning Covid-19, in order to protect the Health and Wellness of our Guests and coworkers.
Rooms
In addition to our usual high quality cleaning standards, our rooms and bathrooms are sanitized and aerated particularly at the Guests’ departure. We pay special attention to all items which are in major contact with the Guest such as handles, remote controls, phones, desks, tables, mixers, taps, minibars, etc. Also, where possible, the use of paper has been reduced.
Individual Security Equipment
Our staff is provided with specific individual equipments and a Safety Kit is available for our Guests.
Numerous hand sanitation gel dispensers are located in all common areas, in our Restaurant and Bar.
Our employees are forbidden to start their shift if their body temperature is above 37,5 °C.
Air Conditioning
Our air conditioning system is subjected to a more frequent filter cleaning made with specific disinfectant products.
Common Areas and Meeting – Event Areas
All common areas are sanitized several times per day with specific products, paying special attention to the areas with major contact.
All spaces have been modified and the multiple set-up capacities have been re-elaborated in order to guarantee the suggested social distancing.
Restaurant
There is no buffet service.
Our breakfast is served à la carte or through room service.
Paper menus are currently not available.
Staff Training
Our staff has been adequately trained in order to comply with the new procedures and the standards established by our ‘Majestic-Roma&SafeHospitality’ protocol and they will be pleased to assist our Guests during their Experience with us.
Partner and Suppliers
Our partners and suppliers have adopted the protocol and safety guidelines necessary to safeguard Guest and staff.
It is understood that the mentioned protocol can be modified in the event of new regulations, in order to guarantee our Guests the highest personal safety standards and the best Comfort and Wellness which have always distinguished the Majestic-Roma.
