The Food Lab is a craft workshop designed to offer our guests a unique food and wine experience, thanks to a special alchemy of attention and attention to detail. Alessandro Testa, our young Executive Chef, manages to put “on the plate” the strength and passion of his young brigade, satisfying the need to create surprisingly new dishes, while respecting the style of a renowned hotel like the Majestic.
“Dulcis in fundo”, the ancient Romans used to say, meaning that the best comes last. We would say “Dulcis in primis” instead, because the pastry department is a jewel in our crown. Just ask Agnese, our pastry-chef, for something to taste and she will prepare any yummy tidbit right away, right in front of you.
